Porsche Design Tower, which broke ground in April 2013, has made international headlines with a slew of awe-inspiring amenities. Located at 18555 Collins Avenue, in Sunny Isles Beach, the project will offer residents out-of-the-ordinary features, such as man caves, balcony plunge pools, and the “Dezervator,” a one-of-a-kind car elevator named after the developer, Gil Dezer or Dezer Development. The patented elevator will allow residents to park their car directly in their luxury condo.
According to a recent article from The Real Deal, Dezer Development and the Coastal Construction Group celebrated the topping off of the tower recently, with a luncheon for the more than 600 construction workers, contractors and engineers working on the project.
“This announcement is another major milestone for this project,” stated Dezer. “We realize that delivering the first-ever Porsche Design Tower while simultaneously reinventing parking technology has been very challenging for our team of contractors and engineers. What they have accomplished, as it relates to both the building and the new garage technology, is nothing short of compelling.”
Eight of the 132 condos are still available, ranging in price from $6.3 million to $32.5 million. One of the available residences is the ultra-luxurious four-story penthouse, boasting 16,915 square feet of living space. Other residence amenities include private terrace swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, Poggenpohl kitchens, two and four car garages, fireplace, and much, much more. In addition, residents will be able to enjoy building amenities which include an oceanfront swimming pool with landscaped deck, resort style food and beverage service at pool and beach, full service spa and fitness center, private oceanview restaurant and bar/lounge, recreation area with private theater room, billiards, 4 car racing simulators, and golf simulators, concierge services, valet, and more. The tower is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.
