Historic Miami Beach Budweiser Estate Hits Market

Another legendary luxury estate has landed on the Miami real estate market, according to a recent article from The Real Deal. The mansion, built for Anheuser-Busch mogul, Clarence M. Busch, is located at 142 Palm Avenue on exclusive Palm Island in Miami Beach. The listing price is $14.5 million.

The 7,455-square-foot home features seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a half-bath, three studios, an office, gym, pool, cabana, guest house, terrace overlooking the bay, an award winning rose garden, and a deep water dock with ocean access. The home is said to have been ‘structurally updated,’ but still boasts many of the original touches from it’s 1920 construction. White awnings over the windows and hand-painted bluebirds on the walls of the dining room are just a couple of those character-building traits.

The Budweiser Estate was last on the market in 2013, listed for $8.9 million, which is down from the $12 million price tag in July 2010. Several other multimillion dollar estate can be found on Palm island, including the famed mansion of Al Capone, located at 93 Palm. This home is currently undergoing renovations and is rumored to become a production, filming and photo shoot venue. Earlier this year, the estate located at 10 Palm Avenue was listed for a jaw-dropping $39 million.
