Chris Burch Becomes Faena House’s Newest Resident

Chris Burch, founder and CEO of Burch Creative Capital has recently added Miami Beach to his list of residential addresses. According to a recent The Real Deal article, the New York City branding mogul bought a condo in the Norman Foster-designed South Beach project, Faena House. The building’s Argentinean developer, Alan Faena, has previously built a hotel in Buenos Aires, (Faena Hotel) which Burch is already and investor.

Faena House is a 47 unit, ultimate luxury condominium project on the waterfront of world-renowned Miami Beach. Located at 3201 Collins Ave, the building will be just a 10 minute drive to the Bal Harbour Shops and the MIami Design District. Each residence boasts extraordinary views with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the “Alero,” a wrap around terrace of exceptional size. Other residence features include Miele appliances, Dornbracht bathroom finishes, marble flooring and Crestron Automated Systems with a 15” wall touch key-pad that controls thermostats, light, motorized shades and much more. Residents will enjoy 24-hour doorman and valet services, security surveillance, state of the art fitness center, in-house spa, beach club and much, much more.

In April, the Faena House penthouse went under contract to an undisclosed buyer for an undisclosed amount, but with a $50 million price tag, it made history as the most expensive condo to hit Miami’s real estate market. Ever. Other notable buyers in the building include Goldman Sachs’ Lloyd Blankfein, Larry Gagosianand Apollo Global chief Leon Black. The project is scheduled to be completed this fall.
